What is Medical Qigong?

This system teaches how to develop and integrate techniques physical, mental and spiritual aspects for the purpose of self-healing and life transformation. Rooted in traditional Taoist practices, Medical Qigong focuses on transforming imbalances or blockages in the body, mind or spirt. Using breathing, physical movement, visualizations and other techniques to restore proper function in the body. 

Why should I get certified?

Certification in Medical Qigong can offer a deepening of your connection to yourself by engaging in daily meditations for a personal practice. For those who would like to teach to others, earn CEU's, or add it to your list of services, many individuals can benefit from this certification processes. 

Basic Medical Qigong Certification

This is the perfect continued education for health practitioners or for individuals interested in sharing Medical Qigong with others. While all are encouraged to study the Basic Medical Qigong online course, the Certification Program is intended for practitioners currently certified to council or who live in an area that does not require certification to teach meditation.

Medical Qigong Intensive Certification

Spend a week with Dr. Jaz, for a 1-on-1 intensive personal retreat. Receive direct attention by the teacher, process and attain deep self knowledge without sharing the experience with a large group. For serious students only.
Also, a fast track for those interested in receiving a certificate of completion for a full, one week course (see options).

Meet Dr. Jaz

Dr. Jacintha "Jaz" Roemer DACM, L.Ac., Dipl.O.M.A doctoral graduate of Pacific College of Health Science, Dr. Jaz has been teaching courses since 2005. Here she offers online and in-person courses on Meditation, Qigong, Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chi Nei Tsang, Massage/Bodywork and more. Several courses include CEU's for the CA Acupuncture Board and NCCAOM.
