How Acupuncture Works

This short video discusses the underlying principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how Acupuncture can promote the flow of Qi or energy, leading to improved health and wellbeing.

What is Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points in the body to stimulate the flow of Qi or energy.
It is believed that acupuncture can help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and promote overall health and wellbeing.
